A. Customer information on concluding distance sales agreements

2. Conclusion of Contract
When you order through our online order form on our website, once you have filled in the electronic order form (see B 1 below), you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement by clicking on the "order" button. The purchase agreement becomes effective when we accept this offer.
3. Delivery and conditional delivery
We ship worldwide. Products which are in stock, will be dispatched within 1-5 business days. For more information on delivery see our Terms and Conditions.
4. Goods price
All prices are retail prices in EURO and include the current 19% VAT. For further details see our Terms and Conditions.
5. Shipping & Returns
Our delivery and shipping fees are additional to the final price of the goods. For shipping costs please see our shipping overview. There are no extra costs for customers placing an ordering by using a distant means of communication.
6. Method of payment
(1) Our customers can pay in advance by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and Cash on Delivery service. The seller reserves the right to exclude certain types of payment.
(2) If paying in advance by bank transfer, PayPal and credit card, the goods will be dispatched only after the total amount has been credited to the sellers account. If the chosen payment method is Cash on Delivery or by Invoice dispatch will follow within 1-5 days after ordering.
7. Right of Revocation for Consumer
- Revocation instruction
You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if you were provided with the goods before expiry of the period - by returning the goods. The period shall begin on receipt of this instruction in writing but not before the goods are received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first part-delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information duties pursuant to § 312 c (2) of the German Civil Code as read with § 1 (1), (2) and (4) of the German Civil Code Information Regulation and our duties pursuant to § 312 e (1) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code as read with § 3 of the German Civil Code Information Regulation. Timely dispatch of the revocation or goods shall be deemed observation of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of effective revocation the services received by both parties shall be returned and any use (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the service received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition you shall pay compensation to us herefor where appropriate. This shall not apply in the case of goods if the deterioration of the goods is clearly exclusively the result of their review – as would be possible, for example, in a shop. Moreover, you can avoid the duty to pay compensation for deterioration caused by improper use of the goods by not treating the goods as your property and refraining from doing anything which could impair their value. Goods which can be returned by parcel shall be sent back at our risk.
You shall bear the costs of return postage if the goods supplied correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed EUR 40.00 or where the goods are more expensive but you have not paid the contribution or a contractually agreed part-payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return postage is free for you. Goods which cannot be sent by parcel shall be collected.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period shall begin for you when you send your revocation declaration, for us on receipt thereof.
The revocation right does not apply to goods listed in § 312 d (4) of the German Civil Code. These include inter alia:
- supply of goods which have been made to meet customer specifications or which are clearly deemed for the personal requirements of the customer or goods the nature of which is not suitable for return or can quickly spoil or the expiry date of which has been exceeded.

8. Warranty conditions
The warranty period is 2 years for new goods. The warranty period undertaken as against companies is 1 year. The warranty period is also 1 year for the sale of second-hand goods. The one-year period does not apply to injury to life, body or health or to intentional breaches of duty by the vendor or intentional or negligent breaches of duty by vicarious agents or statutory representatives of the vendor. It does not apply where there is a guarantee or in cases of delivery recourse pursuant to § 478 et seq. of the German Civil Code either.

1. How does the online contract work with us?
In our online shop you can select an item by clicking on it. By clicking the button "Add to Cart" the item is placed in the Shopping Cart, this is not binding. The Shopping Cart can be accessed at any time by clicking the link "Shopping Cart" at the top of our web site.
By clicking the button "Checkout" in the shopping cart you start the ordering process.
On the following page you can register as a new customer, or if you are an existing customer login. You are then logged in your personal page. By clicking on "Shopping Cart" and then "Checkout" you can continue with placing your order. Click on the “Continue” button on the Dispatch options page.
Here you can choose your payment method, whether by prepayment, PayPal, direct debit, credit card, COD, or invoice. At the end of this page please read and accept our “Withdrawal Statement” and our “General Terms and Conditions” .
Click on the button "continue". You can now review your order and make any changes necessary.
Click on “Send Order” to complete your order.
By clicking the button "Send Order", you enter a binding contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. We will immediately send confirmation of your order. This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order; this comes with a separate statement of acceptance or by sending the goods within the delivery period stated.
2. Storage of the contract text, and access for customers.
We store your order information and send you access to this in the confirmation e-mail. You will receive our General Terms and Conditions after the confirmation and no later than the conclusion of the contract by e-mail.
3. Entering wrong information
You can correct any information you have entered at any time during the ordering process by pressing the button "Back" in the browser and then select the appropriate change. By closing the web browser you can cancel the ordering process at any time.
4. Language of contract
You have the option to place an order with us in German or in English.
